Shipping policy

Physical goods (playing card decks): US contiguous only, no international shipping.

Digital goods (music downloads, Library Time access, gift cards): Available to most countries worldwide — no shipping involved, delivered electronically. Some restrictions may apply based on local laws or payment processing.

We ship playing card decks via USPS Ground Advantage to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

We ship in batches, so your order may not ship the same day it is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

We do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
